  • Practice session data: Audio and responses from interview practice sessions, along with performance feedback

  • Provide and improve the Pitch.fm service
  • Generate personalised feedback on interview performance
  • Support educators in tracking student progress (where authorised)

Data protection for students

We take the protection of student data seriously. Practice sessions are private by default. Schools and educators only have access to aggregated progress data unless specific consent is provided. We do not sell student data to third parties, and we do not use student data for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Practice session recordings are retained for a limited period to enable review and improvement tracking. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When a school account is closed, all associated student data is deleted within 30 days.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
